Hi! My name is Jayda. Welcome to my blog, where I document my insights, epiphanies, and experiences from my travels.

I like to reflect both outwardly and inwardly in new places, whether I’m close to home or in a new country. These reflections tend to come upon me in the same way stars flicker to life in the night sky; sometimes they’re subtle and other times they shine too brightly to ignore.

Traveling is a chance to learn about the world and to also learn about yourself. So far I’ve found it impossible to do one without the other. It’s a beautiful thing, really, to discover how entwined we are in the universe—every living being connected in some way.

I want to share this unique beauty with others in the hopes of inspiring at least one wanderlust-filled soul to take the first step on their journey, no matter how old that soul is.
